A full project plan detailing our commitments, project milestones, outcomes and everything in between, ensuring clarity of accountability and deliverables for all involved.

On agreement that you are happy with all elements of the project, we will ask you to sign-off the project.

The project is rolled out as per the plan. You will be as involved in this as you choose to be. We are self-sufficient bunch, confident in our ability to deliver against our commitments, but we also respect that some of our clients prefer to be ‘hands-on’ depending on the scope of the work. Whatever you need, we will support.

All reports are produced on a frequency dictated by you and your needs. Final project reports will detail the scope of the work and the outcomes achieved against this.
